The Journey So Far
Inception
Pioneering Innovation
MegaForm began with one builder’s vision to build better. After 16 years on the tools building architectural homes across Christchurch, carpenter Philip Blair set out to find a smarter way. His search led him overseas to study alternative construction systems and in 1992, he returned to develop one of New Zealand’s first ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) systems.
Evolution
Expanding Horizons
As MegaForm evolved, so did our product range, expanding to include MegaFound, a complementary insulated foundation system designed for standalone use or full-envelope performance alongside our walls. And as we introduced next-generation ICF systems, the next generation of our family stepped in too, bringing fresh energy, industry experience, and the same commitment to smarter building and solid support.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, MegaForm is one of Australasia’s most advanced and adaptable ICF systems - built to flex around real projects, not the other way around. With structural strength, thermal performance, and design freedom at its core, our system meets the demands of modern construction. And behind every build is our team, working end-to-end with builders, specifiers, and developers to bring their vision to life.
